August schedule is back to our original 2 morning classes (5:30am and 6:30am, and 9am MWF). Also adding yoga on Tuesday nights at 7:30pm, bring your own yoga mat and it will be $5 for non-members. Evening classes will remain the same (5:30pm and 6:30pm).
