Coach Rachel Benkowski
Rachel Benkowski is a nationally-ranked Olympic weightlifter and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach. Her journey started here at Crossfit Four Peaks back in 2014. She’s been strictly weightlifting since 2017, and since 2018, Rachel has competed all over the state of Arizona, and has represented Level Up Barbell Club and Crossfit Four Peaks on the USA Weightlifting national platform. Rachel coaches weightlifting technique, and programs classes focusing on the snatch and clean and jerk, as well as squatting and other key accessory movements concentrating on building overall strength.
